Please do not plan on inserting a stuffer into the bulletin without first approval from the bulletin editor, Deana McKavanagh. - Each week is planned far ahead of time.
Please Note: No more than 1 stuffer per weekend, and priority is given to pastor's requests.
All inserts must be reviewed and scheduled by the Bulletin Editor.

Submitting items for the bulletin
At Saint Alphonsus Liguori, all bulletin or display activities and events must follow Catholic teachings.
Items for the bulletin must be received as early as possible as space is limited and deadlines change.
Due to deadlines, please e-mail the completed article/flyer, in an editableformat, at least 14 days prior to the publication weekend. Deadlines may change without notice.
fundraisers & Events: Contact the bulletin editor As soon as you know your event/fundraiser will happen.
E-mail your submissions to Deana at d.mckavanagh@saintalphonsus.com. Please send the original document in either Microsoft Word or Publisher. Include a contact number and the dates you would like it to appear in the bulletin.
If there is no copy, the bulletin editor writes copy and the ministry leader might approve it. However it is the bulletin editor who decides the content of the ad (effectiveness- vs. size vs. timing, etc.)
Any activity that is not a parish event will be placed in a section of the bulletin called “Beyond the parish” It will be text only, no graphics please.

Kiosk, Doors, Bathrooms, Narthex or other display areas at Saint Alphonsus
At Saint Alphonsus Liguori, advertising, activities and events must follow Catholic teachings.
If you would like to have a flyer or notice in any of these areas, please hand deliver a color original to the rectory or e-mail it to w.mattison@saintalphonsus.com as a PDF. Please submit items at least 1 week in advance.
Submitting does not guarantee that it will be hung/displayed. Any items that are hung without knowledge or consent may be removed. Any display items which are past the deadline or event date will be removed.
Items which are placed it in these areas without prior knowledge or consent, may be removed. Placing an item in the bulletin, on the kiosk or any other location in the church or school does not guarantee that it will be in the announcements.

We do not share parishioner e-mails or telephone numbers unless they are in the directory or in another church/school publication - if something needs to be e-mailed for councils, please contact the parish office.
Contact information, including telephone numbers and e-mails are confidential.
All photographs & content must follow all policies and guidelines.
